Terms of sale

Last updated: November 2026

This English version is provided for information only. The French version prevails. Version française

1. The seller

The services described below are offered by:

SARL ATHLETICS PARTNER (a French limited liability company)
Share capital: €2,400
Registered office: 72 impasse de la Divine Comédie, 34790 Grabels, France
RCS Montpellier B 521 042 978
EU VAT number: FR39521042978
Email: contact@athletics-partner.com

In these terms, "Athletics Partner" means this company and "the client" means the person who books a service.

2. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale apply to the services Athletics Partner sells online to individuals, which to date is the one-on-one consultation (by phone or video call) described in Article 3. They are made available to the client before any booking and accepted by the client when booking.

They do not apply to:

  • the free pre-evaluation of the athlete's profile, which remains free and without commitment;
  • support for an application to US or Canadian universities, which is always covered by a separate written contract, signed by the athlete and, if the athlete is a minor, by their legal guardian.

3. The one-on-one consultation

3.1 Content

A 45-minute consultation, by phone or video call, with an Athletics Partner advisor, about the athlete's plans: athletic and academic level, timeline, possible divisions, budget, next steps. The consultation is prepared from the information provided by the family.

The consultation is guidance advice. It does not guarantee admission, a scholarship or recruitment by a university or a coach.

3.2 Price

€60 including VAT, i.e. €50 excluding VAT and €10 of VAT at the 20% rate. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.

3.3 Booking, payment and invoice

The client picks a time slot online, then pays the price by card, before the consultation. Payment is handled by our secure payment provider, Stripe: Athletics Partner never has access to the card details. The booking is confirmed only once the payment is accepted.

The invoice is issued at booking and sent to the client by email.

3.4 Deduction if the family entrusts us with their application

If, within 12 months after the consultation, the family entrusts their application to Athletics Partner, the €60 including VAT paid for the consultation is deducted from the first installment set out in the support contract. The deduction appears on the quote and on the invoice for that first installment. After this period, the consultation remains paid and is no longer deductible.

3.5 The pre-evaluation remains free

The paid consultation does not replace the pre-evaluation: the evaluation request submitted on the website, and the written reply that follows it, remain free and without commitment.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling by the client. The consultation can be rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. The client picks another slot from the personal link received by email at booking, or asks for one at contact@athletics-partner.com.

Cancellation by the client. During the withdrawal period and as long as the consultation has not taken place, the client can cancel and receives a full refund (Article 5). After this period, a cancellation received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time is also fully refunded; a later cancellation or not showing up at the scheduled time means the price is kept, except in cases of force majeure.

Rescheduling or cancellation by Athletics Partner. If Athletics Partner has to move the consultation, it offers a new date; a client who does not want it receives a full refund.

Any refund is made with the payment method used, within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

Period. A client acting as a consumer has 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. This period starts on the day of booking (Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Consultation before the end of the period. When the client picks a slot within this 14-day period, they must expressly request it at booking (checkbox). In this case:

  • if they withdraw before the consultation, they receive a full refund;
  • if they withdraw after the consultation has started, they pay an amount in proportion to what was provided until they withdrew (Article L. 221-25);
  • once the consultation has been fully performed, they can no longer exercise their right of withdrawal, which they expressly acknowledge when booking (Article L. 221-28, 1°).

How to withdraw. Before the period ends, send an unambiguous statement by email to contact@athletics-partner.com or by post to the registered office, for example using the form below. Athletics Partner acknowledges receipt without delay. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, with the payment method used.

Withdrawal form (fill in and return only if you wish to withdraw):

6. Liability

Athletics Partner has an obligation of means (best efforts): the consultation is prepared and conducted with care based on the information provided by the family, which is responsible for its accuracy. Decisions on admission, recruitment and scholarships belong solely to the universities and their coaches.

7. Personal data

The data needed for booking, payment and invoicing is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Complaints and consumer mediation

Any complaint can be sent to contact@athletics-partner.com or by post to the registered office. Athletics Partner replies as soon as possible.

If a dispute is not resolved after a prior written complaint, a client acting as a consumer can use, free of charge, the consumer mediator named below (Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
