The Website presents the business of Athletics Partner, an educational consulting and matching service that specializes in supporting French athletes toward US and Canadian universities (NCAA, NJCAA and NAIA programs), and lets anyone interested (athletes, parents, coaches) get in touch with the team.
Accessing the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Access to the Website
The Website is available free of charge to anyone with internet access. Athletics Partner does not cover any cost related to the user's internet access or computer equipment.
Athletics Partner reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Website at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or force majeure. Athletics Partner cannot be held liable for the consequences of the Website being temporarily unavailable.
3. Intellectual property
All content published on the Website (texts, articles, photographs, videos, infographics, logos, trademarks, graphic design) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Athletics Partner SARL or of their respective authors, unless stated otherwise.
